During the course of the DVIN initiative a number of reports and databases were developed. Those materials are available below.
DVIN Talent Gap Analysis Report
The DVIN Talent Gap Analysis Report is a comprehensive blueprint designed to prepare the DVIN regions talent for the evolving life science industry by assessing how the human capital needs of the region's life science industry is changing and how the workforce system should adapt as a result.
In December of 2009 the Talent Gap Analysis Report employment forecast was updated using the most recent available data so that the forecast would reflect the impact of the recession on life science employment in the DVIN region, and reflect the post-recession expectations for the industry. This addendum provides an update of the forecast for the original years 2008-2013, a new forecast for the next 5-year period 2010-2015, and the combined 7-year period 2008-2015.

Life Sciences Career Lattice
The DVIN Life Science Career Lattice (Click here to download the Life Science Career Lattice) identifies nine key life science job families and 88 life science occupations that are prominent in the region. The Lattice includes detailed information including job titles, required education experience and job responsibilities. The Lattice primarily consists of the many support functions typically found in the life science industry.
Regional Reports and Data
