Thanks to grants from Pennsylvania State Senator Vincent Hughes and Pennsylvania State Representative Tony Payton, Jr. , the Greater Philadelphia Film Office will host the official Filmmakers' Lounge at the 12th Annual American Black Film Festival (ABFF) on August 7 & 8th at the Sofitel, Los Angeles.
